# Integrations

> Connect your favorite tools to bring external data directly into your Spine canvas

## Overview

[Integrations](/app/advanced/integrations) connect Spine to the tools you already use — like Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and Airtable — so you can import live data, documents, and tasks directly into your [canvas](/app/canvas). Once connected, you can pull information from these apps into any [block](/app/general-block-features), creating seamless AI workflows powered by real [context](/app/basics/context-passing).

## How to Use

1. **Open Integrations** – On the left sidebar, click **Integrations**.
2. **Choose an App** – Select from the list (e.g. Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Linear, Jira).
3. **Connect Your Account** – Follow the secure login flow to authorize access.
4. **Import Data** – Once connected, click "Import" within a [block](/app/general-block-features) or the [canvas](/app/canvas) to pull in data from that app.
5. **Use as Context** – The imported item will appear as a new block (e.g. a [File](/app/blocks/file-upload), [Note](/app/blocks/notes-block), or [List Block](/app/blocks/list-block)) that you can connect to AI actions.
