Overview

Collapse blocks allow you to organize your canvas by grouping multiple blocks together into a collapsible view. This feature helps keep your canvas clean and organized, especially when working with many blocks or complex workflows.

How It Works

When you collapse blocks, you combine multiple blocks into a single collapsible container. The collapsed view shows a condensed representation of the grouped blocks, making it easier to navigate and manage large canvases.

Creating a Collapsed Block

  1. Select Blocks – Highlight or select the blocks you want to collapse
  2. Collapse – Use the collapse action to group the selected blocks together
  3. Organized View – The blocks are now contained within a collapsed block view

Expanding a Collapsed Block

To view or edit the contents of a collapsed block:
  1. Click Expand – Click the “Expand” button on the collapsed block
  2. View Contents – The collapsed block expands to show all the blocks it contains
  3. Edit or Reorganize – You can now edit, move, or modify the blocks within the expanded view

Use Cases

Collapse blocks are particularly useful for:
  • Organizing large canvases – Group related blocks together to reduce visual clutter
  • Creating workflow sections – Collapse different phases or sections of your work
  • Temporarily hiding content – Focus on specific parts of your canvas while keeping other blocks accessible
  • Better navigation – Quickly scan your canvas with collapsed groups and expand only what you need
