Overview

The Table Block generates structured tabular data. Good for comparison matrices, pipeline trackers, data summaries, and any output that benefits from a rows-and-columns format. Can synthesize data from connected research and prompt blocks into structured tables. Can also do web search when needed. The Table Block is an intermediary block — often used as an intermediate step before producing a final Document or Excel deliverable.

Key Features

  • AI-Generated Tables — Use prompts or connected context to automatically structure unorganized information into columns and rows
  • Context Integration — Pulls data from any upstream block (e.g. Deep Research, List, Prompt) to create a unified table view
  • Web Search — Can search the web when needed to populate or enrich table data
  • CSV Export — Instantly export any table as a downloadable .csv for analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable

How to Use

  1. Create a Table Block — Double click on the canvas → Select “Table”
  2. Generate Data — Type a prompt like “Create a comparison table of 5 AI copywriting tools with columns for pricing, key features, and rating.” Or connect it to other blocks (e.g., List or Deep Research) to automatically populate data
  3. Export as CSV — Click the export icon to download the table for use in your preferred spreadsheet tool

Example Workflows

  • Competitor Matrix → List Block of competitors → Deep Research → Table Block summarizing pricing, features, and differentiators
  • Market Analysis → Research 10 companies → Table showing market size, funding, and niche
  • Campaign Tracking → Prompt AI to generate ad ideas → Table Block organizes copy, visuals, and performance metrics for review
