Overview

The YouTube Block imports YouTube video content onto the canvas. Extracts transcript and metadata. Makes video content available as context for downstream blocks. Just paste the link, and Spine automatically loads the video so you can use it as live context in any AI workflow.

How to Use

  1. Add a YouTube Block — Click on the canvas → Select “YouTube Block.” OR simply paste a YouTube URL onto the canvas
  2. Paste the Video URL — Add any public YouTube link
  3. Connect to Other Blocks — Drag lines to a Prompt, Chat, or Image Block to use the transcript as context
  4. Run an Action — Ask connected blocks to summarize the video, extract highlights, or generate visuals inspired by its content
